How do I become an investor?
To invest with All Invest Global, a purchase of atleast one share is required. You can invest in just one specific property for a monthly yield of 7% - 14%, or you can invest in our fund which invest in all our available properties for an average monthly yield of 9.84%. After you have chosen how you would like to invest and how many shares you would like to purchase, we will send you an inovice via email to confirm your purchase. After payment, you will create your crowdfunding account for you and send you the username and password via email.

Does it cost anything to join All Invest Global?
It’s free for you to join All Invest Global.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?
The minimum amount you can invest is $5,000 or one share.

Is my money safe?
Yes, your money is completly safe. Depending on how long you hold your shares, the value might be significantly higher, however in case of unforeseen circumstances where the property decreases in value, All Invest Global personally guarantees your initial investment/s by guaranteed buy back of shares at the same price you bought it. Therefore, we are the world's most safe real estate crowdfunding companies, you will make money, but you will never lose with us. You are in 100% control of funds in your digital wallet. All Invest Global is required to provide regular reports to the regulator on the client money account as well as conduct regular independent audits on the client money account. Think of your digital wallet like a separate bank account to keep your capital safe to invest on the All Invest Global platform. You can add or withdraw your funds from your digital wallet at any time at no charge to you.

Whose name will be on the title deed?
Since it is not possible to list out dozens of names on a single title deed, the name issued on the title deed (ownership document) is that of All Invest Global. Ultimately, you own direct shares in All Invest Global, which in turn is only responsible for holding the asset that is your investment property and paying out dividends to you.

Who owns the investment property?
As an investor, you do!
You are the ultimate owner and beneficiary of the property proportionate to your investment amount.
For example, if you invest $5,000 in a $50,000 property, you own 10% of that property. The remaining 90% is held by other property investors like you! Collectively, you all earn dividends through the property.
Through this mechanism, not only can you invest in an affordable manner, but you can also reduce your risk because you can spread your capital across dozens of properties as opposed to one (i.e., as the adage goes: don’t put all your eggs in one basket!).

How do I sell/exit my investment?
Investors can sell their shares at any time for the current market value of the share. However if the value of the shares is lower than you purchased it, All Invest Global personally guarantees your initial investment/s by guaranteed buy back of shares at the same price you bought it. Therefore, we are the world's most safe real estate crowdfunding companies because you will make money, but you will never lose with us.

Who manages the property?
All Invest Global manages the properties for investors. Facility management fees are typically 3-5% of the gross rent deducted from the rental income. These charges include advertising, managing the property, collecting rents, managing tenants and resolving any issues. This charge excludes VAT, legal expenses and certain costs, such as standard maintenance charges and any repair and maintenance expenses.

Are the investment properties insured?
Yes. Each property is covered with standard property insurance that ensures your capital is protected against catastrophic damages such as floods or fires.

Will I be required to invest in further capital to maintain my ownership?
No, gross rents funds all costs including bills and fees. Property insurance mitigates the risk of catastrophic damage, such as flood or fire.

What are the payment methods?
We accept International Wire Transfers and all Cryptocurrencies. We also accept local bank transfers from the United States, all European Countries, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Hungary, Romania and Turkey.

What type of reporting will I receive after I invest?
Members will be able to view real time updates of their investments when they log in to the All Invest Global platform and view their member dashboard. This is their hub of information, providing comprehensive metrics about their distributions to date, upcoming milestones, and overall return on investment. Members are notified by email when distributions are sent to their bank account.
All Invest Global provides a conduit for all members to receive timely updates. Updates will be provided via email and via the All Invest Global member dashboard. In addition, members will receive tax documents every year that they have a distribution from a particular real estate investment.
