Who's eligible?
In order to be eligible for citizenship in Grenada, you must be of outstanding character, hold excellent health, have no criminal record, be over 18 years old and pass a diligent background check.
Investment options:
INVEST IN THE NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION FUND
The main applicant must donate a minimum of $150,000 to the NTF, or $200,000 for a family of up to four members. Additional fees apply.
INVEST IN REAL ESTATE
Make an investment in pre-approved real estate at least $400,000 or make a joint investment in pre-approved tourism accommodation at least $220,000 per investor. The investment must be held for at least 5 years if the buyer wishes to become a citizen.
